In 2006, the new CEO of Zughumi (appointed in 2004), Michael "Zughumi" Creklinton commissions the project to Corvo Automobili Spa, following strict and rigorous guidelines in materials but having carte blanche on the exterior design, which however had to be in line to the history of the Zughumi brand. This car was the top of the Zughumi range of that period, which thanks to the new CEO had a very slight revaluation also in Europe and the USA.
