Like any other mod you download from the forums, drop it into your mods folder.

I've been in the process of updating the rest of those mods as best I can.
It's a limitation of the controllers. You need to have an equal amount of sections (Chase, Scene, Scene 2/Left, Right, Out) otherwise they mess up.
Cycle though them & they become un-sycned. Left becomes right & so forth.
Looking pretty good. So far the only issue I notice is the arrow board doesn't line up with the patterns.

Check out Burger_Head's mods in the Crown Vic discord server, they've been creating a lot of various patterns for the lightbars.
They were already informed yesterday & acknowledged it, there was no need to reply.
Shouldn't call it a scam when you're the one who likely made a mistake.
