go to the folder. all your mods are either directly in there, or in the \repo folder. make a new folder on your desktop, select all of the .zip...
update the game first, you're a couple of versions behind. then try the usual, safe mode and clear cache. if that doesn't work do a reinstall.
all your mods are saved in documents\beamng.drive\mods. move them out of the folder and then add them back in small groups, when you find the one...
