I think everything is fixed now, just drop the zip into your mods folder.
Do not try to makes maps larger then 2048x2048 with LIDAR, you will end up slamming your fist into your table in frustration when blender melts...

Your detail number is too low, if it's set to negative then it won't be visible, you can fix this by going into the shape editor on the object and...
I mean the map seems to be working fine for everyone else so I'm not quite sure what's different in your case but its honestly probably beyond me...
