Are you sure your materials.cs file is actually working properly? Chances are it isn't since you're getting that No Material texture

Damn, combine this reshade ^, the custom WCUSA thing, and cessni's various graphic mods (dirt ,lights, sun, etc.) and beam actually looks like it...
technically all wheel drives can "drift," but it's more called powersliding or gymkhana rather than drifting, which is rear wheel drive
