If you have multiple programs running in the background, its most likely too high CPU usage. Try to close some applications.
It's very self explanatory, its the lua for the particlefilter.
After clearing cache and reinstalling, it worked. Hope this works for anybody else.
Dont make maps in blender, just use the terrain editor by using F11.
