Hmm, good idea! The best way to make redneck configs is simply using parts from various mods. I'd recommend mods by @ItsYourBoi for starters.
Waypoints (as seen in Scenarios) that you can spawn into a level like you would a D-Series. It would be very useful for off-the-cuff races.
