hey guess what i figured it out, the mod has to stay zipped in order to work
i just got a car from the site just now the offroad barstow stll nothing, yes installed it to mods
are the mods up to date 100% --- Post updated --- yes 100%
i take old content folder move to desktop then update , then take new content folder put that on desktop then take old one put into updated game...
mods not working, ive bin playin this game for 4or 5 years updated to v 11 somthing now mods are not working
