i had some different sounds ingame but after the fmod update they stopped working
i have a fx 8350 and it can run the game good enough, so i think the 1700 is going to run perfectly fine, but dont forget about your graphics...

they are called normal maps if i`m not wrong to remove them just go to the materials.cs and look for the normal map in the material you are using...
