Seems like you don't know much about PC's? There is no 8GB Version of the GTX1060, you were either talking about the GTX1070 or even 1080. Also....

GTX 1080 Gaming G1 (Gigabyte). Before that I also had an RX480 MSi Gaming X 8GB.

I would either recommend a Ryzen 5/3 or one of the new Intel Core i5's - the i5 8600, as an example, has 6 whole cores.

Yeah, it kind of is. It is very hard to model and j-beam, but the rest isn't that hard after you got it.
