I know it's been a while, but I discovered the problem with this. It should be fixed now.
The ETK 800 flat light bar was re-positioned following a change from the 0.17 game update. Also fixed an issue with the PA Trooper skin.

The size of the extra LED lights was increased and some were re-located. Also, additional lights were added to the Grand Marshal and Roamer.
