Maybe it's just me, or is it even possible anymore to edit shift points of vehicles? if it is, where would one do that?

It won't show up or play at all, my default vehicle is set to the hatchback
For a while now the pickup has not been in the spawn menu. Here is what that menu looks like. I want to get the truck back but I can't :////
I can't edit the files at all, if I hit save nothing happens.
