There is an issue with RLS, it's breaking this mod & others from what I've seen. People need to report the issue to the creator of the RLS mod.

Have you tried leaving the mod as a zip file like you're supposed to do instead of unpacking it?
I would guess a conflict since I'm running it right now with no issues.
All of it or a specific config? I only ask because the Ambulance config worked fine when I tested it for something else the other day.
