Automatic's don't upshift under braking, so this is how it goes....
Apply brake, transmission holds gear, brake off, transmission has its "delay", then upshifts into the correct gear it has thought of for that amount of Agression (or throttle)

The 6 speed auto for the H series and D series sometimes bounces off the limiter a couple of times when changing from 2nd up into 3rd

I just got a new PC and this was the version that installed and my game is totally muted. I have no mods but still tried to clear my cache and launch in safe mode but the game is still muted. It is not my headphones either -please help

Thumbnail generator app is a good idea, but it's pretty much hard to use it.
First of all, it makes thumbnails of ALL car configs, not just mods, but official configs with already made thumbnails, e.g. if you want to make thumbnails of Sunburst, it's going to make thumbnails for all configs, including official ones.
Second, you can't make thumbnails of the config you want, because it randomly spawns configs.

For some reason the 200BX has no engine sounds and the seats are missing...

 

So the new update cause the crosswalks in East Coast USA to loose their texture, and now they have no material. I cleared my cache countless times, but it did nothing. Is there any mods that cause this?

 

Maybe mods that use ECA assets? Safe Mode to make sure. If not, see if verifying integrity works.

The "Airfield Showdown" scenario continues to experience problems - The Moonhawk revs but appears unable to shift into gear.

 

I've tried for almost a month to fix this shitty new manual shifting system, and at this point I give up, I don't have enough free time or experience to figure out how to revert this garbage new mechanic where the game will hold the clutch for you during the entirely too long shift (regardless of the assists you have opted into). I get it I get it it's more realistic, but I wanna actually have fun playing the game. You guys don't seem to feel like sharing the little secret on how solve these issues in this thread, and i can't make you. But what i can do is once again state that this shit new shifting system has utterly ruined a majority of the game for a player like myself. I adored the 0.10 system once I got all the vehicles to no longer have that idiotic shift delay, but now that fun has been shat upon with the new hand holding clutch added in 0.10.1 that makes grinding gears impossible. If anyone can link me to anything explaining how to go about reverting those features it would be greatly appreciated, however even if I manage to solve my problems it does not negate the largest issue in all of this. That being the devs not have the.... forethought i suppose you could call it, to make these incredibly game changing and clearly polarizing new mechanics optional. I can't even begin to fathom how this could be overlooked, much less blatantly ignored with the hotfix this. Honestly come the fuck on guys, you've got this cult following behind the game, why are you fucking us? We all love the game for the freedom, and now you're not giving us options? What the fuck?

-clutch assistant - off
-throttle assistant - off
-Gearbox safety assistant - off

Gear changes at very very fast speeds = possible
Gears grinding = enabled

This game is not about freedom, it's about realism and sandbox, so if something behaves realistic, devs will not change it to unrealistic. Sorry but you can't change gears with 0ms delay.

This statement was intended to implicate that i have no assists turned on, I play on a gamepad. Also this a game where you control driverless cars, and can choose wether or not your vehicles even has a body..... don't give me that crap. How can i steer a car with no steering column, how can I drive these crappy mod cars where the wheels and tires clip through the bodywork even when standing still. Like i stated this is an issue of choice, you even stated yourself this is a sandbox. I've made several posts about these issues, with videos showing the exact things that are causing my frustration. I understand some people have take no issue with this additions, which is exactly why I've provocated the addition of choice. The only time i speak in the terms of reversion is for my own version of the game. I think these should be options in the game for others to enjoy, i don't agree with forcing everyone to deal with them.
