Italy 60fps all the time really nice and smooth West Coast,USA 47fps at the city 57fps at the highway still a little bit lag, I think i7 9750H GTX1650 (laptop)
I know this isn't exactly the right thread, but do we have a thread for reporting issues in official maps? For example, missing textures, floating decor, visible terrain spikes?
Something to consider would be a traffic feedback thread. Would be nice to report issues and provide feedback on the system.
And I have some suggestions about the new update the new Derby Arenas lost a kind of 'cold and vapour' feeling the new East Coast,USA looks a little bit too 'Green'
I have noticed a drop of about 10fps on WCUSA especially in the city, where I used to get 55-60fps, and now I'm hitting 45-50 with the same settings. (Dynamic reflections on) All of the other maps are fine. Specs in my signature.
Just report it here. Other people have been reporting missing textures and stuff from maps though, so I dont think you are the only one

The Tasti Cola delivery scenario in Italy is now broken. You start as the trailer and can't do a thing.
Hey everyone, we worked the whole day today on fixing the crashes and problems that we introduced within 0.17. We found and fixed a critical sound problem, which will hopefully resolve the no sound issues. After multiple windows 8.1 users reported in, we installed windows 8 in a virtual machine again, and found and fixed a broken DLL that made the game not work on startup for them. Hotfix tomorrow morning hopefully
I would recommend training the AI to take a wider turn or turn sooner as sometimes, they invariably hit fix objects on ECA. For example, they come awfully close to and sometimes hitting, the end of the guardrail when turning onto the side street in the fishing town. And also invariably, the AI will sometimes brakecheck you while moving, causing you to hit the back of them if you're following too closely. That concludes my areas of improvement needed for the Traffic that is integrated with version 0.17.
i find that when i put the game into full screen on my primary monitor (2560 x 1440, if the resolution helps), anything on my secondary monitor disappears and when i tab back out to throw, say, discord or google chrome back up onto my secondary monitor it pops BeamNG back into windowed mode again, starting the cycle oncemore.
Here you can hear it better (again, use headphones). There's something wrong with the transition between RPM samples. Here's an older video I did with 0.16 with another car that uses the same engine but doesn't have this issue: If you're still unable to hear any difference please tell me, I'll download an older version and make a comparison like I did last time https://www.beamng.com/threads/0-11...-thread-read-1-post.49047/page-31#post-740465
LOVE THIS UPDATE! Question: Is it possible to change the amount of cars spawning in with the "new traffic"?
Sorry if this has been mentioned before, but I went through the whole thread with ctrl + F searching for "trans", didn't see what I was looking for. This is more of a discussion/feedback comment, but the drag race AI don't use the trans brake or even clutch drop, so cars that easily run 7.6s at 180 are running 9.3s at 160. As for "bugs", 1. The AI runs into a staging issue (about every other race it seems) where they will pre-stage, and then not pull up to set the tree. Pretty simple fix to use node grabber and pull them up. 2. If you have two cars, it expects you to be driving the first car, even though you initiated the race in the second car. The fix appears to be deleting the other car and restarting the race. I double checked that these issues were active in safe mode, and they are. Awesome update!
