car runs fine underwater without drowning, underwater filter does not display
There's a bug (idk if reported yet) where if you enter the water just right, the water will not do anything.
How specific does it need to be?
i just flung my car off a random cliff and landed here
I doubt it need to be "specific way". There are just some spots without water effect like for example there is (or was) similar spot at the end of channel on WCA.
The problem is the 0.17 update weaken the engine block before 0.17 the Stage 1 Performance Long Block could easly do 520Nm, after 0.17 it can only do 499Nm

13x5 Electron Emental and Meteor wheels don't show up despite being selectable in parts menu.

Aren't those modded wheels? Or did I miss something?
They are default eSBR wheels.
Occasionally water planes (the ocean in most maps) will ignore the second/third/fourth car spawned, but rivers tend to be consistently more dicey. In my experience, spots where the river bends a lot relative to its width will lose the water effect. Not sure exactly why or how to visualize it, though.
I and some others have been getting this wired and loud "WWWWWWWWWOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOSHHHHHH" noise at random points. Its very hard to catch as it happens at random random times. Thanks to u/WhiteNight0204 for recording it. I know his looks modded and it is but I've had it happen without mods installed. If I remember this started happening in 0.15 (?) I've since gotten used to it

How strange. It kind of sounds like a compressed recording of a close lightning strike.
I've had it numerous times in the past too, usually with multiple vehicles spawned up.
It scares the hell out of me every time I get it. It’s almost always with multiple vehicles spawned up. I believe I saw an explanation somewhere (don’t recall where, otherwise I’d link it) on it having something to do with FMOD sound channels, and when those are all filled, weird things happen.
Traffic selector spawns U.S. police and border patrol cars in Italy and Germany.
The hood of the Bluebuck seems to be connected by one beam somewhere, when it have detaced from the car, the scooped hood at least.
I've said it once and I'll say it again, we need map specific traffic and police.
Just spawn your own cars and start traffic...
