    Why don't you put your data on an external drive and get a fresh install of windows, giving you full control? Then once it's done downloading you can put your data back onto the computer.

    I'm gonna be upgrading this pc soon(ish) so I didn't think there was any real point. Plus, ive already got used to disabling it myself due to it becoming a usual routine.
