This is what happens when I want to reopen a replay :

This is the first thing I did after a fresh install, so safe mode will produce the same issue.

Also : PLEASE DON'T REMOVE THE DARK THEME FROM THE UI - It's going to kill my eyes and probably many others' too. If you select DARK BLUE as background color instead of DARK GREY then all text in the UI WILL be visible, a few may be feeble but visible.

I'm not so very happy with that to be honest, not your fault of course :) But I'm very attached to the replay system, I dearly use it a lot and even its slightest flaws are a bit of pain to me. The car was 200BX drift config :)

I remember that on past updates there was a line on the Advanced Wheels Debug app (I think it is called this way, it shows the camber, caster and stuff) where you could see the real tire pressures.

Is there a way to see the tire pressures again?

I know that you can adjust them at the tuning menu, but I remember that 30psi at the tuning menu were actually 43psi at the debug app. Now if I set the tire pressures at 20psi on the tuning menu the car feels a lot better, it has a lot more grip specially at low speeds, when applying a lot of torque. So I'd like to see the real pressure again for racing purposes and improving the feeling.

I love the remaster of JRI...even if my computer doesn't! I found some more ground texture issues, this time some misplaced road texture.

It's right by a road leading away from the abandoned quarry.

The devs went from TeaserTuesday to UpdateTuesday (where I live, it is Tuesday). Also, amazing update!!!!! The D-series could use more roundedness in the cab to make it more like a 2000s pickup truck, but still nice nonetheless.

The standard body D-Series doesn't have access to that beautiful off road light bar or the window nets. I'm not sure if it is intentional or not, but I certainly would like to see the factory truck get access to these parts.

The old display had absolute pressure displayed, not gauge pressure (which is relative to atmosphere) which is how the tire pressure is set in game, and how it is normally read in real life. So you can trust when you set it to 20psi, its at 20psi.

The eSBR still causes low framerates with multiple cars and on some maps... it seems like an issue with the gauge cluster, because when I use the gasoline cluster in the eSBR, it works fine. Also, the black parts of the eSBR 800's taillights and bumper are too reflective.

upload_2020-12-15_22-38-35.png love the prerunner (only thing I found wrong so far is I think the late model headlights fall off too easy (they fall off randomly while im driving it))

I'd love to see this blogpost. Had a quick go before bed last night, and the tires felt much, much better.
For such a game changing improvement, it needs more fanfare than a single line item in the release notes!

Congratulations too, and thank you. After so many years, each update still amazes me.

Why the Pessimistic use open differential? Derby vehicles should have used RWD welded differential like the Horrible, or LSD if FWD

I'm having problems with the cameras, don't know if this was mentioned earlier.

Driver cam gets stuck viewing in the rear direction (normal mode) and the orbit cam doesn't center (safe mode).

Sorry if any of these were mentioned above. This is just a long post of things I've noticed.

Mods were disabled, cache was cleared and files were validated before keeping track of bugs.

Vehicle selector occasionally doesn't spawn-in focused, so I have to click on it to scroll.

D-Series is missing previous parts. Namely, chrome running boards, chrome bed and body trim, black bed and body trim and potentially a few others.

The new body-coloured door handles on the D-Series are named "Body Color" when every other body-coloured part is named "Body Colored."

Controller inputs weren't working properly. Specifically, my indicators wouldn't work on any vehicle when I sent the input on my controller (Astro C40TR). I even tried remapping the inputs and verified that they still worked on my keyboard. Oddly enough, my headlights and starter motor (up and down inputs) worked completely fine.

The Hopper's V8s still have incorrect textures and old horsepower values. It is also missing the new 6.9 V8.

This is small, but the menu takes longer to load when backing out of a vehicle's configs.

The D-Series seat height adjustment is broken. I originally noticed this on the prerunner, but I double-checked on the base D-Series and then made sure it still worked on other vehicles. (I checked on a 200BX.)

There are duplicate D-Series configs. Namely, D15 Fleet (M). I'd assume one was supposed to be an older variant or automatic, but they appear to be identical.

This may be intentional, but the K-Series Kc6tdx Driving Experience has base rear springs, despite having ttSport+ everything else.

Again, a potentially intentional thing, but the K-Series Kc6tx has the base manual transmission, not the ttSport one. It doesn't even have the Sport flywheel. (Also, it has single exhaust tips.)

My personal opinion on certain things:

The tire squeal sound doesn't seem as dynamic as it used to be, making it hard for controller players to know how much grip they're losing.

It'd be nice to see lightweight windows as an option on the D-Series and other vehicles, since it appears that it's becoming more and more common on cars. Also, I'd personally like it if the window nets were available on the more "normal" D-Series variants.

The Covet update is highly appreciated, but now that 5-lug wheels are optional, it would be nice to see fender flares available since the majority of 5-lug wheels stick out on the Covet. Also, a lot of the engines (especially ones with Sport intakes) don't seem to allow hood exit exhausts. I haven't poked-around enough to see which do and which don't, but it'd be nice to see that as an option.

I'd personally like to see more options carry over to other vehicles, such as: 5-lug wheels available on other 4-lug vehicles such as the Autobello and Miramar. Window tint (it would also be nice if there were varying levels of tint) on all vehicles. Also, adjustable race differentials on vehicles that don't have them available would be really nice. Lastly, (and I'd assume this most likely will come eventually) I'd really like to see older vehicles get updated to meet the current standards. Even if there's small "fixes" until they do, that'd be awesome. (For example, the race Bolide overheats after a couple of laps with a shorter final drive.)

The last point I'll make is (sorry that this has turned into a suggestions post and not just a bug report) I'd personally like to see a revamp of the vehicle and part selectors. Currently, (especially with the D-Series) they seem somewhat bloated and overwhelming, and it can be hard to differentiate between "Early Heavy Duty Left Mirror (Body Colored)" and "Extended Heavy Duty Left Mirror (Body Colored)" at first glance. So, an updated selector (with preview images - and also possibly keeping the old one in case people still prefer it) would be nice.

Sorry that I didn't get around to narrowing-down on some of the updated maps. I haven't exactly gotten around to doing that just yet, but I'm not sure if I'll make a post about the bugs that I find (if any) unless they're major. These bugs were just ones that I noticed in the first few hours of playing after the update.

Overall, the new update is great. It adds a lot of great content that'll add hours upon hours of gameplay just choosing between them all and customizing vehicles. The new D-Series variants are really cool (yes, even the D15 Farmhand (M) is cool) and the Covet update is awesome (especially for someone who's favourite in-game car is the Covet - namely, yours truely). Plus, the added detail in the headlights, bed and other parts on the D-Series (and other vehicles) really make the game feel higher quality overall.

This update was awesome and I'm looking forwards to future hotfixes (and entire updates) pretty eagerly. 2020 kind of sucked, but at least this BeamNG update (strongly) did not.
