The only issue that has to get fixed is the audio for me. I really struggle to enjoy the game with engine sounds cutting out and some exhausts being too quiet (only tested the Vivace Rally, and the backfires were indeed very quiet on it). Luckily the audio issues are under investigation so hopefully they get fixed soon. Other issues seem relatively minor, like the keybinds menu not updating or the vehicle triggers not working properly. Some people have stated performance issues, but I don't seem to have that issue. However, the performance has changed for me: the stuttering I had previously is gone, but the framerates are fluctuating more than before (could easily be my aging laptop having overheating issues or something). The user folder move went smoothly for me aswell, only the "levels" folder was left behind which I moved myself. My keybinds and other settings were not reset either. Also I saw someone say that DCTs were broken, but when I tried out a Vivace with DCT it acted exactly like a current gen Volkswagen/Škoda DCT transmission when manouvering slowly, cruising, overtaking or racing, so I don't know what the problem would be with it. Maybe some DCTs creep when idling in gear, but from my testdrives with VAG DCTs that did not seem to be the case in real life. Also, the Wendover looks really nice, I did not expect to like it but I just love the styling on it. Pictures below are just some "eyecandy", I was really amused how broken the new LeGran was, just disabling realted mods fixed it even without clearing the cache.
My only suggestion/request is to move the screenshots & mod folder out of the version folders. It makes getting to them awkward if you are like me an pin them to quick access, especially when every hotfix they move and need to be updated on the sidebar.
I'm having a issue where my game will crash to desktop while using the node grabber. I've reinstalled the game, removed all mods and still crashes.
Hey so whenever I use the node grabber it sometimes crashes my game, is anybody experiencing this problem?
The speedometer needle on the LeGran's sport gauge cluster is positioned slightly too high, partially covering the trip odometer and just poking out the top of the speeds. (edit: better screenshot)
I've had an issue where the dynamic reflections reflect the grass that's underneath the car on the inside of the glass, providing streaky ghostly artefacts when driving in interior camera.
That probably happens to a lot of cars now, engine mounts are now a thing, if the engine doesn't have them it will fall off
I have only 30 FPS when i spawn 5 or more cars in West Coast USA after the update.... System: AMD Ryzen 9 3900X 32 GB Samsung B-Die Ram @ 3400Mhz. CL14 14 14 34 Geforce RTX 2080 Super Pcie Gen 4 SSD@ Pcie 3.0 because X470 PCH Gigabyte X470 Gaming 7 WIFI Pretty sad.... Overall, the Update is good, but the worst Performance..... Edit: No mods Installed!
Hi, sorry for the troubles setting up controls . We are aware of the issue and already working on a fix for it, we'll release as soon as it's ready.
For some reason when I go to save a config my UI just disappears and will not come back until I restart the game. Other than that the update works great for me!!!! EDIT: Seams to only be with the Barstow.
All mirrors on any car have the no normals tag on them. It sorta comes and goes though, it seems that it only is affected once every other time the game starts up.
You need to disable the IYB Offroad Tires mod --- Post updated --- For some reason, the checkpoints are doubled and it gets more duplicated every retry (yes, this is a screenshot from Safe Mode)
The 'driver' camera was introduced back in 2018 (replacing the "onboard driver" camera). We haven't touched the onboard camera amount ever since. Can you be more specific about your issue?
