That's the thing - In a lot of cases, it didn't. During jumps, the engine takes a very long time to becoming starved of oil. In most cases, that might be fine, but in situations like the Wendover's example where the engine was rotating while at a weird angle, you'd think it would start burning oil pretty quickly. With the SBR4, I was doing things that should've thrown oil into the cylinders (since it's a boxer) and starved the valvetrain of oil, yet it was completely fine. Also, the Tograc started burning oil from just doing a light suspension test, which is a place where you'd expect it not to burn oil (it then didn't burn oil on the heavy suspension/jump test, even after flipping, which is where you'd expect it to). Edit: After doing some more testing, only the FCV, LeGran and Wendover experience oil starvation on the suspension test. I haven't tested every single car, but every other vehicle that I've tested (including ones with transversal engines) did not experience any oil starvation.
Can you try verifying your game files on Steam? https://support.steampowered.com/kb_article.php?ref=2037-QEUH-3335&l=english
Oil simulation update is cool but is it possible to turn all oil simulation off? Building a 2 stroke and its not exactly realistic to starve from oil when on its side
I'm having two issues. Menu's close when vehicles are respawned or modified. This is an issue when you have traffic spawned as every time the cars reset it closes whatever you have open. In game is gets slow/laggy when switching vehicles or respawning cars. Neither make the game unplayable and overall I'm loving the update!
Hm yea, looks like zipped mods are kinda broken. You can work around that by unpacking the mod in mod manager for now.
My tires turns blueish with the ultra preset.... --- Post updated --- That might be it... The white blueish color
in 0.22 when u save a config it (auto) start with a capital letter. not in 0.23 (not sure if its a bug)
In the "Garage to Garage Delivery" scenario, the directions are all reversed. Locations near Fastello are given as "Eastern Coast of Italy" and Norte is in the south - navigation app confirms this. When Italy is loaded in free roam, Norte is in the north as you'd expect, which puts Fastello and locations near it on the western side. Navigation app also confirms this.
In the goliath scenario, the game cant load it for some reason and the roamer spawns with the front end slammed and the car is overall broken (not physically damaged). Same happens to the ai traffic cars on car delivery scenario for some reason. I verified it on both steam and support tools and deleted the cache several times too.
Are you entering/exiting the vehicle using the enter/exit vehicle binding? (it's F by default). If you are using tab, then you are not entering vehicle, you're merely cycling through the active objects that are spawned in the map (leaving the human around rather than inside any vehicle).
