    don't mind the WIP Tachometer

the Roamer's steering wheels seem to stick through the column
    upload_2023-1-13_21-42-41.png

Also the steering wheel in the prefacelift d-series dashboard is not centered to the column, and the stalks and automatic shifter props don't line up with the holes in the prefacelift steering column.

interior is spelled wrong in the midsize_interior jbeam

After recording a replay some sounds loop really loudly when you play it back.
In my case the Supercharger is in a constant high pitched whine.
And the console is full of lines saying sounds are missing, that the game engine cant find.
Skipping replay sound ID 40, 54 and 55 (Not found in vehicleSources: 1-53)

"Engine.Audio.createSource()" does not work with custom sounds, it only returns 0 which isn't a valid id. "Engine.Audio.playOnce()" does work however, and so do the vehicle side functions. For now I'm using the "sourceId" return of playOnce to circumvent this, but it would be great if you could fix it :)

I found a "missing wall" on East Coast USA.
It's a kinda long hole which is visible from only one site.
    It's next to the fire-station.

I know I tried at the gas station on the johnson Valley map where judging by the bloggers' videos it should just work but it doesn't work
    --- Post updated ---
in the comments, some wrote that it doesn't work for them either, although they tried it at a gas station that works (on the Johnson Valley map) with the gas station operation function turned on in free mode and I tried everything like in their video but it doesn't work
    --- Post updated ---
and when I tried to refuel the car I lowered the fuel level

The Piccolina's factory steering wheel and Corsa wheel are slightly at an angle compared to the steering column
    upload_2023-1-14_16-29-32.png upload_2023-1-14_16-31-3.png

All of the aftermarket wheels are floating above and away from of the steering column (Nomi Mod.307 pictured, but all aftermarket wheels are in the same position.
    upload_2023-1-14_16-30-35.png

The turn signal stalk doesn't line up with the hole in the steering column.

I'm not sure if this is technically a bug, but the Stambecco doesn't have a Beam Nav (no "gps" slot)

    I have something to ask.

When you have power steering on a car and you shut down your car, does a steering wheel get heavier or harder because no-power steering when engine is off?
I can't remeber but in older version it works like that and now with new ignision system it doesn't.
Or maybe I imagine it because ETS2 have that and maybe I think that is same in BeamNG.

Maybe someone can help me because this struggle me all day. Tnx

Do we even need the glow effects on the lights with the new glare effect... (I guess for lower end pcs)
Maybe it can be turned off if you have the new glare enabled in the graphics setting? if possible.

We absolutely still need it, because it emits real light that is visible on the ground and illuminates the environment, the bloom is just an addition to this system

It is not needed. You can disable the flare and have the light work just fine. It's still included since most lights aren't PBR and thus don't have the bloom yet. No idea why it's still on the bastion and scintilla: probably to ensure there's more bloom at the correct part of the headlights, or they just forgot.

What's strange with the lights is that they are influenced by FOV, flares included, resulting in e.g. messed up license plate lights on zoomed in images.

Huh, that is weird, so now most vanilla cars have been changed to not have light flares but still have the spotlight part of them? And if I have a mod car with bloom then I should disable the flares manually? This is confusing

in ibishu covet, when the doors open, they start to open quite quickly, and when they reach the end position, they start to close due to the fact that they rest against the end position, and because of this they start to close, but they don't close when they reach the position when the door is closed.semi-open in autobello stambecco there is no such problem, because there the doors open slower and smoother, and they do not rest against the extreme position so that they start to close, if you open the door in a carpet on a flat surface, I think you can understand what I'm talking about, it will just start to close and reach a position where the door is half open to stop, as far as I remember, at 0.26 there was no such thing, the door opened slower and smoother

Ok, so, I know it is a very old scenario, but it has a bug and just wanted to report it. (This picture taken in Safe mode)

Something seems extremely broken with the way wheelspeed of wheels and rotators is handled. When the vehicle has both wheels and rotators, the wheelspeed is calculated correctly, but if it has only rotators or if the wheels are excluded from the speedo reading, the measured wheel speed is always 0 which breaks many systems such as ESC and differential braking. To replicate the issue just remove the wheels from the Wydra and remove the {"speedo":false} line from the brakes, the wheel speed should still be measured due to the brakes being rotators, but it always says it's 0. I don't remember it being a thing in the past when I experimented with rotators. I can't find the exact cause of this behavior in LUA though.

Good catch! Rotators were not supported at all for speedo calculations, fixed that for some future update.

I definitely remember them having been supported at some point in the past. I mean the whole point of them having the radius parameter was to calculate the rotation speed, and I remember that affecting the readings.
