yeah i love it when i have to wait for my real car to shift itself into gear after i shifted it into gear...

 

All things that are black (including wheels) look solid black, no matter if the lighting is on them or not. It’s weird. It might be another lowest graphics but, because I have it too. (“another” because the lights showing through objects is another bug. Only on Lowest™️)

 

It looks like TrueForce also tries to replicate car horn or even... blinker sound. Makes me wonder if it's possible to only send power unit and surface sounds to the steering wheel.
I've also noticed that TrueForce behaves best when the camera is set to Hood. Other cameras make things worse, for example the angle of the Orbit camera slightly affects the strength of the effects. Of course worst is External/Free camera, but honestly it's not a big deal when racing since external cameras are rarely used / orbit camera angle is fixed. I don't think it'll be worth it to make 2nd Audio Listener designed only for TrueForce, if that would cause performance hit.
The difference between an old car with V8 and a modern I3 is noticeable, though for long, relaxed trips the effect can be too significant at highway speeds. So that's why I'm suggesting adding to Vehicle Tuning, just below Setup-Specific FFB Multiplayer... Setup-Specific Logitech Features Multiplayer... maybe?
Overall though I think it's amazing that BeamNG.drive got such a feature. It really makes a difference when driving a truck or rally car. I'm really looking forward to further improvements. Also big thanks for listening to the community!

 

good job, the etk800 has less steering angle. and binding tie rods now. Also the grip levels on the etk800 are astronomical compared to all the other cars.
wth did you guys do?

also why didnt you update the engines like all the others cars stage 1, stage 2, stage 3 etc.

 

its at three so i dont blow and eardrum, my headphones can for some unholy reason produce sounds loud enough to cause permanent ear damage, so not that i can still hear my music fine and any other application...

 

Hello again ! I fixed my "issue" if anyone wants the old clutch system here is a quick tutorial just change the "shiftLogic-manualGearbox.lua" with a previous game version heres a link for that

Please make sure you dont have open the beamng . and always is good to keep a backup .

 

This update really meesed up a gauges on practically every car. List of cars (MAY BE MORE CARS):
-ETK 800 and K-Series
-Roamer and H-Series (Automatic gear selector needle)
-Piccolina (stock and sport)
MAY BE MORE CARS

 

it's not because the system has issues that it is not made to be more realistic if you see what i mean

who does quality control here, this update has been a disaster. I suggest reverting back.

I agree with you. Update can have bugs but not that much bugs!

 

the bugs are one thing but the etk800 is absolutely broken, the car has astronomical grip compared to all other cars, it's bending tie rods at full lock, and the steering rack is extremely less than what it was previously. Out of all the years i'd say this is the worst update they have released.

 

I play at the lowest graphics setting and the H-series interior and 19x10 Wangan-2P wheels are completely black. I clear cache and disable all mods but it didn't help. This problem also seems to be present on other vehicles.

 

After a crash...

 

Maybe for the look ahead camera feature you can add where the camera turns in the direction you are steering even at a stop(like the "LookAhead" camera mod), that would be quite nice.

 

That update feels like was made on speed to make it before easter.

 

There's been buggier updates, it's not that bad

the gavril h series has a missing label that shows the transmission of an automatic transmission
