    Mesh road feature "insert node" is still broken, doesn't insert nodes but adds them at the end

    PLEASE bring back the old T-Series liveries, especially the Special and the Pinstripes. Now I can't recreate Knight Rider! Pinstripes was good for that purpose, and Special was a nice paint job. screenshot_2024-01-01_09-37-24.png

    I'm having some issues with FFB when I open the game with my T300RS.

    T300RS Info:
    Firmware: 34.00
    Driver: 2.11.57.0

    Things that i've tried:
    - Open BeamNG without vulkan;
    - Change to change to fullscreen and window mode;
    - Open BeamNG with Safe Mode;
    - Didn't Alt+Tab after the game opens (actually I could feel the FFB disables even before the games go fullscreen);
    - Reinstalled T300RS Driver and Control Panel;
    - Reinstalled Logitech GHub (I saw in the known issues)
    - Take off the power Plug of T300RS;

    I can feel instantly that the FFB disables when the BeamNG opens

    Is it known that the generic led_chamfer_small_----- off-road light meshes have a glass material assigned to the whole thing (not just the separate glass flexbody)?

    Sorry if this is in the wrong thread - I know this is another issue that may predate 0.31, but I'm not sure where to post this without making a whole other thread.

    I just tried to bind Toggle Splitter Mode on us_semi to controller right stick x-axis. Is that not supposed to work? Tried both auto and button (fast) settings and played with deadzones, couldn't get it to work. Or does it conflict with my existing y-axis binding (pulling stick down from middle = analog temporary handbrake, great for drifting)?
    Would be great if 100% / 0% of x-axis could be mapped as individual buttons, planned to use them for Toggle Splitter Mode and next drivemode.

    No, I deleted my 4 mods (3 of them were repo and the Beetle from the forum) and cleared my cache.

    While I was doing all this and I still have BeamNG launcher open in the background the following message came up:

    i noticed since the update the police AI is kinda weird.
    they will chase, once in a chase they will stop spawning as traffic and just idle around the map with their engines fully revved.
    shift + R doesnt seem to resolve.
    happens on vanilla and modded maps.
    cant figure out what puts them in this "idle state" but its definiteyl happening a lot.
    respawning traffic 2-3 times usually fixes it.

    Realistic mirrors make no sense if they aren´t adjustable. You see (or can´t see :eek: ) this in multiple mods that already added them. Is there any plans for adjustability or even automatic adjustment so the mirrors move when the seat position is moved?

    That's expected, the Arcade ABS operates based on GPS speed and therefore cannot work reliably in all circumstances, such as this one. Switch to Realistic ABS if you want this use case to work.

    I'm having the same issue. I'm getting this error message. I'm assuming it's being directed to the air tank instead of the fuel tank, or getting denied (in Career) is the default if any fuel type is not available. Kind of annoying, considering the air is supplied by the truck's own air compressor.

    Update many other police missions have the same issue, where some predefined police cars will be missing front suspension and just roll away. The ones they spawn after seem to be fine

    Is there a technical reason why here is a short two lane segment instead of the two one lane ai paths meeting the one lane directly where the split in the lane markings is?

    At best case it makes the AI drive like the red line since they try to stick to the middle of the lanes and appear a bit drunk, at worst they do a left from the right lane and vice versa.
    This is a bit unexpecting for the player since the solid white line makes it appear as two seperate ways just branching off each other and not three individual road segments.

    Something I noticed in East Coast USA, is that the traffic lights are very hard to see when stopped at an intersection and the mesh quality is not set to High. Any setting lower than that, and the lights turn to a lower poly version, making it hard to see unless you are close enough. I have only noticed this in East Coast USA.

    Edit: I actually think that the normal mesh quality is somewhat lower compared to other maps when using the same setting. Like, using normal mesh quality on ECUSA make things that are very close low poly, which doesn't happen on other maps, like WCUSA for example.
    Edit 2: Huh... it seems like it only happens after clearing cache. If you play after clearing cache, it happens, but if you restart the game, its fixed...

    The "Back" key binding in "Menu/UI Navigation" only works when not hovering over any UI elements, making it useless for the entire main menu and vehicle selector.
    This might be intended or caused by technical limitations, but it's quite annoying and restrictive. It'd be cool if this could be changed :)

    Could you tell us what you did?

    Edit: I figured it out

    Go to
    Code:
    "...\BeamNG.drive\content\vehicles\citybus.zip\vehicles\citybus\citybus_ramplow.jbeam"
    and copy the file to your mods folder as well as the directory (basically add the folders to get to where citybus_ramplow.jbeam is) and find and replace this line of code
    Code:
    ["ramplow_low", ["citybus_ramplow"]
    from "ramplow_low" to"ramplow". You will have to restart the game to see new changes. Try Ctrl+R or Ctrl+L to Reload the game but in my case, it didn't work so I had to restart the game.
