Where's the lowboy flatbed?

 

Hello i just updated entered the game on pc and using a xbox one controller when pressing the menu button there was a round dial with option to toggle electrics or activate ai etc... but now is gone.
where do i find it to activate it again or is it permanently gone?

you mean this area? i'm pretty sure this is just blending to the edge of the map, as it's been this way since WCUSA came out.
