0.33 Discussion Thread

The telemetry mode of using the mod is not compatible with 0.33.
Activating the mod that is sending the telemetry to Simhub gives error messages for broken vehicles and mods.

Using the Outgauge mode works though, even if a lot of shaker effects are missing!

 

UGH thank you for mentioning that, I was going absolutely mad because I'd get errors like "Error loading unicycle", "Error loading simple_traffic", "Error loading vertex" (granted, that's a mod) in career mode and I could not figure out why, since everything worked the day before! I'd say for Simhub we have to wait until Wotever finds a fix for this.

The thing is, its no recognising quite a few effects with that mode. It's better than nothing, bu we really lost a lot of stuff with that problem. Hope there will be a fix soon.

Don't forget that BeamNG itself is pretty hard to edit, especially on the level part. They're doing an amazing job for a team that small, and it's not a Beta for nothing. Don't complain, do your job as a community member by reporting bugs and mistakes and then patiently wait for them to fix these. They're not rushing stuff, they're just doing a lot of stuff, that's all...

It's actually quite impressive the amount they've done to Torque3D, it being a twelve year old engine.

 

The lighting color does not change on the showroom map (zone b). Whatever color I choose, it's always white.

 

im in safe mode but the moonhawks interior is broken for me

 

What i mean is that beamng seems to be pumping out stuff people are not exactly asking for. people have been begging for the burnside to be remastered. and they have been adding stuff that doesnt seem like people wanted

 

except the remasters would need more substance, would be better to remaster them along with some racing/old classics themed update.

I found a bug:
Whenever I try to play the Gavril Jump Course scenario on East Coast USA, there is no engine, environmental, tire, ect audio. However, the game menu audio still exists. When I exit the scenario, the rest of the audio comes back up. This only occurs when I launch it from the map when I am already in freeroam; there are no audio bugs when launching from the scenario menu.

 

When you use a police car with traffic and a vehicle starts fleeing you the popup says "Simplified Traffic Vehicles" instead of the fleeing car's model

 

Still the same after v33.2

Hi, beamng devs! Can you please bring back the DRAG racing not resetting damage every race thing as it were before the updates/hot fixes?

When I was riding the first drag race with the bot, after we reached the finish line, we had ability to ride back to start line and race again on damaged cars (if they were damaged, pretty realistic, loved it), but you removed this realistic feature, and every next race resets the damage, please bring it back, my lovely dev beamers! Thank you, love you! I bought the game on steam, never been happier for doing it! Still my favorite since 2012-2013

 

Just wanted to say that the Gavril MD is a great traffic vehicle, adds a lot to the immersion in WCUSA.
