The update is great, the game has matured. I play with the keyboard and the exaggerated steering wheel reactions have become soft. The seat adjustment has been made for vehicles that do not move up and down. As for the bad aspects, I played less but I perceived that the sunburst indicator clarity was impaired. The game seemed a little dark to me, for example, I got this feeling in the Pessima MK2 vehicle, but it is a little early to comment. Except for this version, also, the windshield film of the Solid Lansdale vehicle( and other non-dismantling vehicles) should be removable, I cannot use this vehicle.
Started testing with the Miramar. Two things that bothered me: *The signal stalk is reversed on the LHD model. Like, it is on the correct side of the steering wheel, but is operating incorrectly, by going up for left signal and doun for right signal. It probably uses the same coding as the RHD stalk, where the up and down movement described is correct when the stalk is to the right of the steering wheel. *Either the Tachometer or the DOHC engines torque curves are wrong. The GTz model, for example, the engine healthly revs to 7000 rpm and the power peak is at 6500 rpm, while the tach peaks at 6000 rpm. If the Engines are correct, looks like a GTz gauge cluster is on the works or should be, because it makes no sense for a factory car to overshoot the tachometer on a sports model
is it just me or the singular metal beams dont have any collision in the middle (vehicles can pass through it) but they have collision on the sides
do you think my (all) screenshots deserves to have a thread ? --- Post updated --- and which is the best ?
to make my point clear: a lot of in-game usdm vehicles (prefacelift roamer as an example) have their rear lights acts incorrectly, turning off when they should only dim, and vice versa. some in-game usdm vehicles (like the d series, but also the prefacelift moonhawk and the new burnside) act like they did in 0.34, which im fairly sure is how they're supposed to act irl. edit: youtube why the fuck did you make the video 18+
The left-hand drive ibishu miramar has its turn signals reversed. When the right turn signal is turned on, the lever goes down, and when the left one is turned on, it rises up. The lever also has an extra hole in the D position.
Skin textures on the passenger side door of the armoured MD-Series show up in game mirrored. This seems to happen because the passenger door is missing from the skin UV, causing the drivers side door texture to be mirrored to the passenger side instead.
I'm getting a error when I customize the MD-Series. it's when I add guards to the windshield or lights
- the new burnside, miramar, and md parts are great, especially with the bus - it's a lot of fun to wreck! - the only huge issue i have with the new update is the ui navigation on steam deck, which has been pretty bad but was made even worse with this update. trying to modify vehicles in the parts selector is awful - when clicking on a part or empty space, it will jump to the very top, meaning i have to scroll back down to where i was, and i have to do this every time i make a change or misclick. also, using the d-pad to scroll through options, especially wheels, is pretty finicky. - other than that, it's just customizability (there's only one option for a roll bar on the miramar ute, and it's double chrome...) but i'm still thrilled with the new content!
the doors switched from chrome to... idk either firefox or safari there's so many chromium based browsers nowadays
Part of me wishes the fan in the MD bus would make noise and turn of gradually rather than immediately
lowkey wish the ai knew what lights were active on our car. imagine if they actually stopped when the red lights on the bus flashed
