Unfortunately Dummiesman's trailer mod is causing that. Need to delete that mod and the bullbar/sleeper semi
    is fine.

I'm having an issue with the camera. I need to constantly keep clicking the d-pad in the direction I want to turn my camera in. It seems to only happen when looking up and down, but it can happen in any direction. Also having an issue when exiting the game while it's in fullscreen. I always need to ctrl-alt-del out of the game. Liking the new car and handling characteristics! This game has come so far.

UPDATE: I think the camera issue was on my end. A few issues still stand like not being able to spawn a second car properly, and a third spawned car will crash the game for me. Same issue with exiting the game while in fullscreen mode still exist as well. I'm on Windows 7 64-bit.

Had this problem when I respawned the Hirochi. Other than that, seems to be working smoother than ever, with clearer graphics than before. Also, love the Drag version of the Moonhawk... fun as heck. And love the Hirochi. Fun, fast.

EDIT: I had that known crash issue when switching maps as well just now.

only two bugs, Ctrl+Q does not work even tried changing it to ctrl+h, and the stretching of the sbr4

Update: for the ctrl q you can go into the key bindings menu and fix it or change it to a different key, i switched mine to right ctrl due to ctrl q didnt like to work due to changing transmission mode first

I fixed by changing shadow res to 1k distance to 1.6k and logweight to 0.99

Has there been an overall graphics performance improvement in 0.4.2 ? DX11 was already great, but since last update, I get 5-10 FPS more on like every map, which is huge as my crappy potato runs detailed maps at 10-20 FPS. It has really crossed the limit from the slow uncontrollable to the nearly fluid gameplay. I can finally play without problems on nearly every map (except Hirochi raceway, which is freaking graphics intensive). Really, great :D.

Not too keen on the new SBR4...

Grips the road a little too well IMO, like it's on rails and the vehicle itself is very oddly proportioned.

What real life car is it actually supposed to emulate?

None. It's supposed to be a High-End Japanese Race Car thing.

^That's not a bug report btw.

I suppose part of the appeal of Beamng's vehicles so far is the fairly obvious characterization that lets you identify it with a real life analogue.

That's just missing for me with the SBR4.

Perhaps if it was redesigned a little more to resemble a European high end family sports car such as a Porcshe Panamera?

As a vehicle it seems distinctly out of character for a supposed Japanese manufacturer which would probably build a more traditional looking 3 box saloon such as the Lexus LS series.

So the fact that the SBR4 do not have a real life counterpart and it's original doesn't appeal you? Tastes I guess.

For the 'It drives too well' part, try to disable Stabilty Control (from the part selector) and see how it goes :)

ESC/TCS are really important in vehicle handling. The main difference between "it drives like on ice" Bolide, to the "it drives like on rails" SBR4 is that the first is supposed to emulate a decades ago supercar whereas the later a recent one. A big part of the difference between the two are all the electronics (ESC/TCS) that the later has.

We went to considerable effort to simulate ESC/TCS to work like in real life (braking individual wheels and so on). If they work that well that SBR4 seems like it goes on rails, you can thank Fabian for it ;) .

Happens if you pause physics and just move the camera around?

A brief look at some driving assistance literature used to implement a proper ESC/TCS :)
