That first point was that some how my mouse got attached as a steering device and its quite annoying when I want to use it for something else and I dont want it to effect the car I am driving in
It doesn't by default. You may have binded the mouse to the steering. Just hop in controls and remove that bind.
I found a hilarious bug with the D15 you spawn with: The rear suspension gets all warped as fuk, but if it can be incorporated into a scenario that teaches you how to drive with a busted suspension, it could work.
Great update! But sadly i've got a problem with my fps. FPS drop very hard when tuning and applying to a car. As example, i start the game with 60 fps, when i adjust front camber, it drops 5-10 fps, when i tune it further, the fps drop further as well. Getting like 15-20 fps after i tuned a car. Fps are then stuck on that, reload doesn't work and switching to another standard vehicle doesn't help either. Restarting the game is the only way to fix it. Problem also happens when just changing parts in the car part menu. R9 280X with latest crimson driver Intel 4670K @ 4ghz 8gb ram Win10 64bit
I find it very hard to start the fire, Doesn't matter how hard I crash it seems like the cars wont catch fire.
Not sure if these tyres simply aren't meant for racing, but when I put the Tims Egota 14x8 rims on the 89 Pessima, and choose the 195/65R14 Grip-All Race Tires, the front outer (not sure if that is English, I mean the left tyre when going to the right) tyre pops when cornering at high speed and having a little understeer.
Since the update, i can only spawn the pickup in the editor. There are no others vehicles avalaible in the list. I have deleted all the files in the mod folder, but i still have this issue.
Superb update , i only found a problem with racing and deep dish steering well alignment on the H45 :
Do you have an idea of where to hit the cars to make them catch fire easily ? I know the new Pessima's fuel tank can catch fire fairly easily, the GM catches fire when I make it fall on its front, but I have no idea for the SBR4 and the Sunburst (which seems to "eject" fireballs).
Although the fire is awesome, it's far too easily triggered. I've had the Rally Sunburst catch fire during "normal" driving (fast driving on regular roads, though without any crashes). It's a bit weird when you think you're driving along fine and suddenly your car goes up in flames.
I think at this point the game has officially become the reasonably priced / regular car simulator Good job devs!!
How do reproduce? Thanks for the report Try to use this command while in the 'BeamNg - Vehicle Lua' mode in the console: fire.igniteCar() If the car goes on fire, then it works and you are not trying hard enough. Clean reinstall: -Unistall BeamNG from Steam -Delete BeamNG.Drive folder from MyDocuments (backup your mods if you want) -Delete BeamnG.Drive folder from Steam/Steamapp/common (If there is still a folder) -Reinstall BeamNG. http://wiki.beamng.com/Fire_Simulation Read the changelog and the first post of this thread. We changed out unpacked mods works because of an issue. Or you adjust the mods manually, or you don't use unpacked mods (you don't have any reason to use unpacked mods anyway, as the ZIP system reads pretty much everything) Not all cars are fine tuned properly for fire yet.
For the new pessima the transmission and the drive shaft are missing. I deleted the cache and still occurs.
