I just noticed, with the new powertrain stuff, twin-engine 4WD Oldsmobile 442 could be a thing.
have you multiple powertrain? its working? I saying that multiple powertrain can not work now.
maybe 8.0.2 they increase and put working multiple powrtrain. I wait this.
Not sure if this helps, thing is you can't change name of engine, it has to be mainEngine, but then you can add secondEngine or whatever you wish to call it:
There is nothing restricting you from using as many engines as you want. However, the default vehicle controller logic doesn't have a clue what to do with a second engine.
So you need your own logic there.

@CaptainZoll It's been that way for a while. I don't think it's a priority for the devs.
Maybe too late for this, but there seems to be a hole in the terrain of Utah.

I can`t do any of these things.
The error occurs when I add the second engine system. And it is donn`t working.

Well as I said, the default vehicleController is not made to support such powertrain layouts, it simply does not know what to do with it.
You need your own custom logic to have something specific like the ones you mentioned
I know design engineering and other things but I can not write the program language.
I will wait for anyone to do it

The fatal vehicle exception error can occur with stock vehicles (EVEN AFTER A CLEAN REINSTALL). It only seems to happen to the Sunburst and the SBR4. It is VERY common when resetting while using the AI.
The chase camera will go out of alignment if you replace vehicles multiple times. Again, this occurs without mods.

I think that first one is known issue, caused by DCT bug or something like that I think it was. Also caused problems if default car had such transmission so sometimes at spawning something happened, I forgot now what it was, maybe appcrash?
I don't know... It confuses me.
I never managed to replicate this bug, but other team members managed to and it's apparently fixed for the next update.
