its been driving since september it sat for 5 years before then next thing i have planned is the shocks it looked alot worse when i got it
anyone knows why the engine heats up on a rusty beetle when it is turned off? I used a translator by the way
you drive in hot places like deserts i drived this on lands of sand hottest map and that happens in utah too in what map happens that or simplily is a bug
Suggestion: I think seeing more engines available for the Beetle would be really interesting to see. Maybe even an attempt at an after market front engine conversion. Kinda similar to this mod https://www.beamng.com/resources/front-engine-swap-piccolina.25080/
Then that mod would ruin the characteristics of the beetle maybe a custom mod with most things people want in the mod? --- Post updated --- A Maybe a vw thing body?
I went to places where the temperature is at most 20 degrees (I checked) and the beetle warms up to 100 and above
probably you get uphill the beetle when gets up a hill heats but is a error if iise disable preheated engines from options menu --- Post updated ---
I checked last two main update posts but I didn't find anything. How do I put the window back up after I rolled it down? Pushing again the trigger doesn't do it
Use SHIFT + Left Click or Middle Click For actual driving the rusted version, the engine getting hot is intended. Not sure what's about it being parked. The rusted version has a part installed in the "Engine Management" slot, which damages the engine. If you don't want that, just remove that part.
It's the same as with all other versions. It would be nice, but It's a lot of work. Currently taking a (very short) break. I was constantly working on it for the past year.
