What do i do? I already unpacked and cleared the cache

Both mods are ABSOLUTELY IDENTICAL, except some display names, textures and logos.
Not sure why everyone sees differences which arn't there.

Open the console and check what the red error message says. Also make sure your are using BeamNG 0.37 or higher. Older Versions arn't supported.

 

Hi, i need help, i dont know if i am doing something wrong, but the mod works on my steam deck but not on my pc. I have the same mods installed. but on pc it keeps telling me the mod is either broken or corrupted, i tried re-installing the but nothing works, and both games are up to date with 0.38

 

do you have any "bug.zip" on your mods folder?if yes, delete it, if no clean the cache on beamng>current>temp>vehicles and delete the "bug" and if it fails, make sure you are on update 25

 

do you have the old bug expansion because that breaks the mod rn

 

It still dosent work, its showing i have the car installed, but its not, not from the mods repository or as a zip file. I cleared the cache and everything is up to date.

 

thats weird, did you modified the vw-type1-beetle.zip? if no, deactivate ALL ofthe other mods you have, to make it isnt a conflicting mod. if it doesnt work,delete the cache in beamng>beamng.drive>current>temp>vehicles and delete the "bug" file, launch the game with ALL of these i said, hope it works

 

There is no bug file in temp, i uninstalled the game, deleted everything and made sure i had no previous bug file in repo or download, and its still there. Im not even subscribed to the mod, everything works just fine

 

thats weird, REALLY weird... post a full screenshot to i see ifi can notice something, also when the corrupt vehicle message popup click it so you can see any broken LUA

 

Dont know how, but the car do spawn, but it stay translucent and dosent do anything, it rolls alway slowly and the doors dont stay shut.

 

I managed to fix it, was some of those mods for the beetle itself

 

How to fix this?
