1964 Ibishu Miramar

The extra floating bulb is under the right headlight subpart in my case. Plus the bezels/surrounds are inverted (right headlight mouseover).

 

Is it normal for the column shifter's gears to be backwards? Because, the shifter fully up is drive, and fully down is park. Idk its just really unusual to me

 

Headlights are ok, but the name/pedals have been partially fixed. The USDM Sedan lacks the word "Luxe" in its name and still have 3 pedals instead of 2.

 

I love the new coupe its so cute. It definitely handles better than it used to also.

 

GTz variant revs some way beyond the scale on the gauge. Also with the trunk opened there is a gap behind rear valance.

 

If anyone is having a bug with the plate on the facelift being UNDER the bumper, remove Austen's Parts Pack, it fixes the issue because the mod itself adds "bumpers" which are just the plates without bumpers.

 

Mira-Mighty have wrong years, should be 1967-1968 since it has facelift parts, and wrong shifter because it has the 5-speed.

 

So, first off, I'd like to point out something a bit interesting that I found out about the Miramar - not only does it now have one of the longest continuous production runs in the game (1963-1994, or 32 years, thanks to the Plucky 1600), but it also is the first vehicle to have more than two markets it's sold in (at least, officially). From the documentation page:

I'm a bit surprised we don't have Euro-spec Miramars, as well - not only are there already metric gauges for the LHD dashboard (and imperial ones for the RHD dashboard), but the Miramar is also in that era where many Japanese automakers were beginning to export their cars to Europe. The Nissan Bluebird 310, for instance, was decently popular in Finland when they opened up for exports in 1962, and the T40 Corona was also fairly popular in Europe.

If the Miramar isn't going to become any more powerful (I can understand why a straight-six didn't happen, but a Gavril V8 swap (or at least a turbo for the DOHC fours) would've been fine by me), having it be the "world car" would work quite nicely, IMO.

 

Is the column shifter supposed to be in drive when its fully up and in park when fully down? sorry its just I'm not used to that

 

Late export ute has the 1.6l engine instead of the 1.9 like all the other export configs. Also an export coupe with the manual transmission would be nice to have, but not necessary since it's easy enough to make yourself.

 

Well, with the Sunburst, and now the Miramar and Special, it seems they have stopped making the same car twice with two different transmissions.

 

They stopped doing that all the way back in mid-2023 with the ETK refreshes in 0.28 (holy crap, that was 2 years ago).
