Oh my... Now this ticks every box I've wanted out of muscle cars in Beam. The vanilla cars are good but lack that certain appeal...
Thank you very much Yeah I feel the same, but at least their cars function properly. Don't get me wrong, on my car the superficial things work too like steering wheel, gauges and so on. But it is quite a few steps from where my car is now to having proper suspension and collision and whatnot. I really hope some experienced modder who has nothing better to do right now will want to get involved in this project, because I am a bit in over my head honestly xD
For instance, a front bench seat (not necessary, but cool), stock wheels, a base model, old-style looking interior, I6 engine, and stuff like that. An ‘Old Paint’ skin would be cool, as well.
So I dont' think this is necessarily the car for a front bench seat. I mean look at it. not all the parts I added are on display here. There are more wheels, you can take off the spoiler and add a more stock exhaust and the i6 that is already being added to the car to make your stock version it will surely be a prepared config in the end as well. About the old paint, I am not familiar with normal maps. I edited some, but I never made any. If the Barstow's old paint skin can be applied to this easily you will get what you're looking for! --- Post updated --- I made such fundamental errors when starting to edit this in blender that i now have 300+ separate dae (all containing one mesh) on this car and the loading times are monstrous xD these is a lot already done for it and I think having like an classic and a modern version of the same model can be cool, especially because I took some design features from the old one and just modernized it for the new.

Well, the Camaro could be ordered with a bench and column shift auto, and I think it would be cool to drive my Wildcat with an I6, black 4-slot wheels with center caps, and a bench seat.
If you are talking about the iconic Rally II wheels they are definitely already on the car xD The I6 is coming too. You underestimate what is already happening within that car with the colorable interior in multiple parts and what that already entails. I'll think about it.
It seems like you are very particular about your choices which are very different from mine, which is good. Because especially about wheels I look at a few I like on a car and don't like the rest, but I have been looking for more wheel options for the car. This is quite an awesome project! Finally a new lore friendly classic muscle car that isnt just a copy of a real one. I can see the Javelin and the Firebird inspiration in it
