Yeah quit bitchin' about it. See the video? gameplay is smooth with all the post-fx stuff ON, maximum everything and I'm running an OLD PC. It's a I7 2600k with a Radeon 7850, not overclocking anything.
Those are the last lines I'll write about it. Get an upgrade or deal with it.

Thanks, I'm also waiting for that update so I can tweak whatever is needed to make it look good before releasing it.

While we're at it, anyone knows how to make config files? the parts selector doesn't work properly I think, won't let me save the parts setup to a file... so I was wondering if there's any way around it, other than having to write manually each part?

Part saves go to the BeamNG folder in My Documents. now how to use them, I am still at a loss for words.
Type your part config name into the box in the parts configuration menu, and click save. Then look in the beamNG folder of My documents and the file you saved should be there.

If you did a 3rd gen Type R I would love you forever. Plus, you've already got the motor for it :p

Great work on this. Looking good!

Thanks! that actually worked. I've thought that there was a bug with the part config so it didn't work.

You are welcome.:) Now if you could tell me how to use them, that would be great. I have saves of car configs(Paticuarly of the moonhawk,) and I would like to be able to use them without having to remove/interchange the parts manually.

Just copy them to the car folder and choose it when selecting the vehicle from the menu. At least that's how it works for me.
Got the mods copied in \Documents\BeamNG.drive\vehicles and works perfect from there.

I agree the camera is very close. I've tried playing around with moving and creating new cameras in the interior, but I've never gotten a single thing to work... (yes I've looked at all the threads relating to cameras I could find, and still don't get it, probably because refNodes confuse me.) If you want to change the camera yourself, then go ahead. Otherwise I'll try to make cameras again.

Anyway, the car looks great and I look forward to the release! :)

First of all, great mod! I'm excited! ;) I haven't installed a single mod yet, frankly because I'm a perfectionist and quality whore (OCD disorder or something :p). Also, mods tend to not be on par with the official models. But I'm definitely getting this one.

Only thing I have to complain about is the polycount/details (around the tires, lower corner of rear window, exhaust pipe bends/curves, coil springs, shifter rubber, interior floor.). I honestly feel like a douche here, but actually it's in a wierd way more of a compliment than the opposite, because of the fact that I really can't find more to complain about. This is from a perfect point of view, I think this model looks stunning either way. So pardon my critics. :)

You are loosing out my fried. There are mods on this site who in my eyes are even better/more fun/more detailed than some of the original vehicles...but to each his/her own I guess..

Love all the work CB, congrats again! Im just wondering if that decreased Steering Wheel rotation would still work good for steering wheel controller users. I think devs set that big degrees rotation to keep it realistic and save the linearity with G27 or controllers like those.

Btw, the swap version is great! looks stunning and seems very fast!

    I keep wondering this question:

All 9 standard Beamng.Drive cars or This?

I was wondering this as well. The steering wheel rotation in the game is just like how it is irl as far as I know. You just don't use full lock all the time irl but that doesn't mean the steering wheel doesn't go that far..

I hate the steering wheel spinning like crazy in the game, I can't play in any of the cockpit views of the official cars because is really distracting.

I went for a more moderate approach, see other driving games, most of them only have half a turn to full lock. I'm playing with an XBOX controller so this is the best setting for me.
If anyone wants to change it later, it's only a matter of changing one value in the jbeam.

Well, Dont forget that some people go lock to lock.
    Its necessary for certain turns.
Is it possible to do an alternative vehicle setup so the end user doesnt need to change the Jbeam any? Or are we just gonna have to 'mod' the jbeam.
