There is no reason the mod is working on everyone computer except yours, there is definitly an issue on your end. Wrong folder, corrupted uncomplete zip file, something like that.

Nah there is no release date. He'll work on the update when he feels like it and since he is very keen on details it's gonna be a while before it get's released.

    Happy new year everyone !

i'm indeed working on the update but i won't give a release date to avoid useless pressure on me and all the working fellows :D. Also to avoid remarks like "you told the release will be in one week and they're been two weeks already" and so on.

No issue here. The cars have a stripe sticker at the top of the body panels, you can choose the color of it, and if you select the empty slot it will be body colored.

No chrome issue with it on the rusty version :

I'm not sure what your issue is then.

What is your issue with that ? Genuine general motor parts :
By default the junkyard car doesn't have them.

If you're talking about the part that goes fender well to fender well and partially covers the door bottoms, that's not random at all. It's a part of the appearance package. It's removable and I'm pretty sure it was actually stainless steel by 1981.

Was available on all B-C-G bodies of that era. Lower-end models like the impala or basic caprices tended not to have it (cop cars and taxicabs usually didn't).

Ha i didn't get what part you talk about. As Sierra-3 explained it, to add more info, it was the base trim of the 98 Regency and the Delta 88 Royale Brougham :

My Delta 88 Royale doesn't have them, because it's not a Brougham :

For now i have only represented the luxury versions, but as the Delta 88 Royale will be present eventually in the further updates, i will logically have to remove them on it.
But the model wasn't done for that and it will occur in skin stretching so it's more likely the basic royale will have the chrome trim as a permanent option :p

I can't get the addon to work. But I don't know if I'm using the right folder, the only "mods" folder I found was in a "userTemp" folder (BeamNG.drive\userTemp\mods)...
Any idea of what I have done wrong?
