Outdated 1981 - 1996 Wentward 5000 Series 0.9.4

Very nice. There are a couple of small things I've noticed but well done overall.

I couldn't resist doing this though. It's not a perfect fit & the sleeper obviously doesn't look right on it but meh, still had to do it.

 

Some of the modelling/ texturing is a bit crappy but mostly well done, new engines and interior is pretty cool, also like the styling though im not a fan of the single piece windshield

 

Hello, I don't know if its a thing in this mod but is there a thing for this mod to make it be able to split the gears and not have to have a 12 speed only able to go to 6 on an h pattern

 

I didnt make the gears split because i dont know how + i wouldnt be able to drive it since i dont have a steering wheel setup, im a keyboard player

 

The australian config sucked me in

 

I noticed the snorkels don't behave like they should, the truck will hydro lock in barely hood deep water.

 

oh, well thats something i didnt think about making, might have to see if i can do that, also they are aircleaners not snorkels

 

still, the intake is super high so its not that far off lol

They do raise the intake of the vehicle above normal, functioning as a sort of sn

If you want to get technical, a snorkel is just a piece of the intake that moves the inlet for air to a different location, either inside or outside of the engine bay. My 03 VW Jetta came stock with a "snorkel", which was just a piece of plastic after the air filter that sucked air in from the fender, that was until I put a real snorkel on to raise the intake.

It didn't look very good with a giant gap & there's no frame option that fits so on went a sleeper.

 

Any chance your able to make a tipper trailer as part of the mod. Than can be truck and dog drivers. There was a mod with a tipper trailer but didnt quite work

 

i have thought about making some but idk, im not that advanced yet

garbage truck* and its prolly because the 5000 series doesnt offer a T75 equivalent frame

 

This thing is great, looks so much better than the T series, if you take suggestions would it be possible to do a cummins M11 style open pipe engine for it? Sounds so good and would be a great addition to the hotrod config.
