WIP 1983-2001 Jeep Cherokee & Comanche (XJ and MJ)

I know right, I thought the Ibishu Blackfoot mod was pretty cool. I'm sure this will be cool as well.

 

great project, il like very much these cars, especially the comanche. Even thought i don't live in the US my neighbour once had a parallel imported comanche with the 7 main bearing 4.0l AMC straight 6, it looked very vierd between other cars but it was certanly unique.

Left is from May 2018 and the right is from January 2020

Yeah, when I got it for my birthday in 2018 it had Ford rims which is a huge sin lmao.

 

Those wheels that he had were old Ford steelies. He replaced them with gray Jeep Ecco alloys.

It's worth mentioning that this will have universal wheel support, eventually have all stock and optional XJ wheels, and hopefully some other older and newer Jeep rims available too. You will also be able to swap the hubs to fit different bolt patterns such as 6 and 8 lug.

 

In all honesty they don't actually look that bad.

 

All sorts of photoscans are being done, both by me and by several awesome XJ owners in the USA!
Enough of these, and I can model the whole car pretty quickly and easily

Interior 4wd instructions

 

Thanks for those - that sticker especially will really come in handy! The sticker on the Orvis is under the right (driver's) side sunvisor.
Unusually it has French as the first language, probably because it's a European export model.

Literally pretty much any stock part you can think of will be put into this, so yes. No offence lol, but there's no point asking if it's gonna have 'x stock part' because it pretty much always will

 

Ah, alright. I just was curious if those parts were going to be added, since this one is supposed to be a more in-depth mod compared to the Blackfoot.
