I'm with you, ktheminecraftfan. I hope the 1983 Ford LTD Crown Victoria isn't a FPS eater like the Prelude and/or the T-Series. I'm hoping to smoosh this beauty into a wall soon.
Thanks so much everyone You shouldn't worry about the frame rate either, it seems to run about the same as the Grand Marshal does and thats on my old HD 5770 GPU and its more than playable (50fps). That being said there is a lot of jbeam work and re-making planned to make it fit with the latest updates and to make it as best as it can be as the jbeam is its downside currently. Otherwise a release shouldn't be very far off at all. Also while I remember I would like some suggestions for addon parts that would you would like and that go well on this car. Think stuff like strange factory parts or even common mods people make for these cars, anything at all really that would fit. Excluding major changes such as wagon or coupe bodies that may come later anyway.
[ADD-ON SUGGESTIONS] How about police lightbars like the following: Federal Signal Aerotwinsonic Model 24X: Federal Signal Twinsonic Model 12X: Code 3 XL sealed beam w/ Stingers and Center Strobes: Yankee Dietz Napa: Code 3 MX7000 (L.A.P.D. Spec) : Federal Signal Jetsonic: Yes, I am aware that some of these lightbars may not be relevant to the car's time period, but at least it's a start.
[ADD-ON SUGGESTIONS - CON'T] For the police version, the driver's side A-pillar spotlight can be either a steady burning red (L.A. has some weird laws to require emergency vehicles to have at least 1 steady burning red) or the generic spotlight.
When will this be realsed you've been working on it for 2 years. It takes less time for the devs to make a car

Also this thread has been around for 2 years, sure, but I have been far from constantly working on it, I have college and other crap to deal with so there were literally full months with no progress for the first year and a bit. Not to mention the constant HDD failures I had last year too :|

I hate to be rude. And I love this mod. But this is been around for almost 3 YEARS!!!! I wouldn't get your hopes up of this mod being released. At least not in my lifetime and I'm in high school --- Post updated --- Like I said I'm not being rude so please no attacks I just want to know how the progress is.
