Agreed, It's not really a restart, more just a redesign of the suspension components. Everything else is already done and not changing. Just the crawler axles, shocks, and 4 link are changing. For those of you that have never seen it before... here is an early picture of the B1 in crawler spec from a while ago.
I've been following this mod for the past few years and love what you guys do and wish I could help out... I'm big into military vehicles and have restored a WWII Jeep. I have a neighbor down the road who has two M35A2's and an M715 (and a bunch of trailers and more uniforms and equipment than I could count...) I have friends with half-tracks, tanks, Jeeps, howitzers and all sorts of stuff (we could probably wage a small war and win...) In other words, we need more of this sort of stuff in Beamng...
No, it's not on hold... just life has been completely insane recently... I am doing my best to find time to work on it when I can.
Yeah, if we go under full quarantine, I will have a lot of time to work on it. Right now, in my line of work, things have really ramped up production wise, so I am working stupid hours now to try and get all my work done. This pretty much only leaves weekends for me to work on it... thus, slow progress.
From the first post where included content is listed: (I assume this has not changed) 9 body variants 4-door Wagon 4-door Slantback 4-door Civilian pickup 4-door Military pickup 4-door Offroad Beast 2-door Civilian pickup 2-door Military pickup 2-door Rallyraid 2-door 6x6
100% understandable... check the first post on page 1... as far as I know Sithhy has been keeping it updated with everything that will be in it.
As an update to go along with that picture, I added; 1. New custom frame with removed stock shock mounts 2. New custom Long Travel Shock Mount Frames 3. New Long Travel Shocks 4. New custom Baja Body with cutouts for said new stuff 5. New custom suspension tuning for Baja Variant
When you said that, I immediately thought of swapping an aircraft engine into it, like they did with the Medium Tank M4 Sherman.
