People kept asking even when there was a less aggressive notice in the description so this was requierd.
Worst still, this so called aggresive disclaimer in its current version has not managed to stop people asking so it's not effective anyway...
Just wow, you found a way to made this new cool reflections in mirror. I really respect you for such thing
I don't think it's aggressive. And it's much needed. In the past week I've seen like 10 accounts created by children demanding features for mods that were never intended and then getting irrationally angry when people say no or call them out.
Thanks, but to be fair it wasn't that hard, the openable doors were quite a pain though... The demographics are indeed an issue, sadly it seems the awful Youtube videos (we all know which ones...just by the thumbnails you can have an idea) are taking its toll and bringing a lot of not only kids but spoiled people overall who thinks the world must revolve around them, and worst still, take things for granted and will not even acknowledge or at the very least thank all the hard work involved, even if something 'requested' by them is done...so yeah, I just plain ignore what needs to be ignored, at this point I don't care anymore. Since they don't care either, it's fair. One step towards fixing this could be for example limiting being able to rate mods until you have spent X time here/wrote a minimum of meaningful messages (people would write 'cool mod' in every mod page just to reach 100 messages for example) since it's by far not the first time I got an average rating for one of my repository mods ruined because of some funny people using the review, and quite a bad one (3 stars or less) to ask (or even demand) for features...like I'm going to oblige especially after sabotaging me, yeah.
Agreed! This is still a flipping fantastic mod with all the things you've done to the little Pug that could.
This is a great idea. Unfortunately, given the lack of action from Beam's moderation team, I highly doubt this would ever become a feature. It's a real shame, because specifically the review bombing I've noticed an upward trend in. I've seen people, (ahem nissan morono) make alts and use those to aid them in review bombing, spamming threads, or creating contrived conflicts to reach some sort of end goal. And the swaths of children coming from YouTube making accounts to add literally nothing to this forum certainly doesn't help either. It's a shame what this forum has come to in just a couple years. I wish the teams at BeamNG at least pretended to give a damn.
Also, the fact that certain members (I'm not naming names) are clearly underaged, and even when the moderation team is given undeniable proof, they still fail to act on it in a timely manner. In fact, I'd say James (krallopian) is doing a better job of moderation, as he is normally online more frequently.
It's gotten to the point now where there are people, and you were there for some of em so you know, that literally will say in messages "No! I'm 12!" and nobody does anything. It is absolutely ridiculous. And then they act all surprised when you tell them they're supposed to be at least 16.... as if it's not highlighted in big red letters when you make an account..... I'm tired of these skibiditi rizz in ohio toilet children. It is going to be the death of this forum.
still laughing at how balismods96 got banned for saying he’s 10 as a joke I do feel like at this point it’s just the norm and shouldn’t be treated as much of an abnormality (since you’re then giving them the attention they want)
That's why, when ever I make a joke about being underage, I make it extremely unrealistic. For example, I have once said that I am actually 2 3/4s years old.
May you then tell me where i will be able to read about that or how its working if information not too big for comments here?
I think that the tow hitch doesn't work ? When I press L i don't have the node to attach the trailer View attachment 1134646
