On Hold 1989 Ibishu Kashira (Gen 1) 3.3.2

It had a simple issue that needed fixing, but my pc conveniently decided to die shortly after, so I couldn't fix it until yesterday. It should be back up in a day or two though!

I'm not sure why, but i had the mod downloaded a while back and it was flawless. I deleted it, but reinstalled it again recently. Now, although the car drives an behaves perfectly, there are absolutely no textures and the entire thing is orange. You can't even see out of the glass. I've tried uninstalling and reinstalling. Nothing. I tried restating the pc. Nothing. I tried clearing the cache. Nothing. I even deleted all of my other mods, but Nothing. I don't know if it's a problem my end, but it's really annoying, as I do a lot of first person driving, which I unfortunately can't in this car, as the windows are just orange and you can't see through them. In fact the only thing that has a texture, is the wheels and tyres. But that's it.

The AI has a stroke when being spawned as this car. It randomly goes flying. If it doesn't, (this happens to me too) you hear a crash sound but its fine. But that triggers the AI to go into crash mode. It just sits there with hazards on. Holding up traffic. i have to use the grab nodes function (Ctrl) and throw it off the map to get traffic moving again. If it doesn't do that, (very occasionally) it says "Instability detected in 'Pig'. Simulation paused preemptively". Please fix this.

 

I have updated the game, cleared cache, added latest versions of both, and deleted all my mods and reinstalled them to see which ones have a conflict. Still doing that (except it doesn't fly anymore)

 

Hello, I am a fan of this mod and would like to contribute to the development of the project. I'm going to create a new panel based on mazda mpv

 

these people saying the mod is broken rnt wrong. it is and i have the evidence to back it up. and no it cant be fixed by simply clearing cache or uninstalling and reinstalling the mod. its broken. shame as it was a good mod, so good in fact that it should become an official vehicle as well as its successor. do hope it will be fixed soon so we can get back to doing what we do best, wrecking cars in either realistic or insane ways.

 

what version do you use?

 

both r of the newest update. game being 0.20.2 car being:3.3 of course. looking through all the notes over the newest update they didnt even bother to fix the most annoying issue, the bias tires all being invisible i know im not the only one with the issue since ive seen many report the issue

well, after about 40 minutes of work i managed to fix it. i rearranged the vehicles folder, cleaned it up abit and deleted really old and crappy mods i then fired it up again and some mods including the 1st gen kashira have been fixed. still didnt fix my problem with hubcaps not working but idk what will. seems like the major update broke everything as per usual. so my bad.

so for those whose kashiras may be broken this may help
#1 back up the vehicles folder every time before an update(also before messing with the vehicles folder)
#2 uninstall the mod as well as any other mod that is broken
#3 reorganize the vehicles folder if u hadn't already, 0.20 update broke the folder, at least for me it did
#4 delete old mod folders that u hardly use(if u want)
#5 download and reinstall the mods properly, with the wheels and things put in the common folder
#6 start the game, check to see if it appears in the listed active mods then go to a map and try loading the vehicle(s)
More than likely now its fixed, it fixed mine.

 

I found the problem. It was the kashiralegacy folder. I removed it and the problem is fixed. Now I can drive the Gen 1 with no problems! (Sorry for late reply.)

 

Every time I spawn up my kashira, there's this annoying crushing sound which is loud as hell and gives me headaches. Can you fix the problem?
