My dad had a red '92 Tempo when I was young. He got rid of it though, and I never knew it well. I loved it though.
I would say it is dead. The very lack of progress speaks for itself. Until he makes some progress this thread is dead.
If it's anything, and if it means something from a fellow map modder (dare I say a respected one at that, trying not to sound like a biggot though)... I'd download this the first second I saw it around. Would totally make an awesome car! You could VERY easily make something out of this due to it's similarities with other Ford models at the time, even if it's only a basic driver and not a superior crasher. As an adult in my mid-30s I love 'regular cars' because, well, even though it's an older model, you still see some around. It's not like a super-car, something I'd never ever have a chance of seeing but maybe once every few years here in middle-and-rural-Tennessee.
It is .dds and it is pathed correctly? Don't name a texture the same thing as a declared model name, it breaks in 0.9 but not in 0.8. Had same issue with forest brush model name vs texture name, broke the texture.
I came to look for a Mustang mod, (Cause the Barstow, neither the Moonhawk is enough) but I found other Ford mods that are dead by now... so... -__-
