Not surprising, it's literally the definition of scam, it exists not only in this game. Some people are just very greedy and evil, and will do a lot of morally questionable stuff for money.
If it says "WIP" you probably can't download it, If it says "WIP Beta released" or "Released" you can download with the occasional Patreon subscription or 1 Time payment. If it says "On hold" or "Outdated" it might not be worth downloading as it may cause issues.

I hope you add a twister one but just remember take your time (even tho I want to crash drive and probably destroy this mod)
once this releases i will be probably only using this truck, might end up setting a trim of the 3rd gen as default vehicle. (if any of you guys don't know how to change the default vehicle, go to the vehicle selector and at the top to the right there is an option, i think called: set as default? once clicked it will set the current vehicle you are using as default)
