Solved 1996 Pessima Skin

I was trying to make a skin for 96 Pessima. After loading into game skin doesn't show up, and, also, I noticed that none of skins under Paint Design is not selectable in Parts Configurator. Where is the problem?

But there are some skins in Djplopper Mod Pack.
