Sound is good, sorta like Forza 4 which i like. However, i think you might wanna look at some actual torque curves of a K20a2. My 2005 1.8 german econobox could easily smash this when both only may rev up to 5000, and thats not at all what would happen IRL. Other than that, cannot complain
I acquired a torque curve from a data site of old honda user uploaders of 98 stock Type R Integra, which is from what sample I have used of the B18C5 engine. The redline is 8700rpm and it is N/A and runs all it's main power at the top end on the secondary cams. Hence why when the VTEC kicks in, you get a jump in NM from 120 to 148 at 5500rpm (like the curve) then it goes up as high as 200nm at 7500rpm . That's just how this engine works, it loves to rev! It's in no way that "fast" by todays standards at all...after all my 230hp FWD only revs to 6800rpm but it has a turbo and does 0-60 on a good day at around 5.5 seconds, but hey, that's modern cars! Glad you enjoy the sound .
Minor issue: The top of the engine model seems to be missing. It seems to be linked to the "Intake" subpart which is also missing.
Wow, guessing I just didnt realize how nice my car is 10nm less, only has 191nm, but those are there at 4200 and its an 1.8 na aswell
Could be a fault with the vehicle mod itself as all I've done is copy one of the engines with my own data like for like. May need to chase it up with mod author however I'll have a look tonight and see if something is amiss my end and fix it if so. Thanks for letting me know .
