maybe a perforated grille like that on the TVR Tuscan? To go with the bubbly 90s shape and weirdness of the PT Cruiser
also you're doing an amazing job, it looks awesome so far!

Now has glass! Aside from a few things (Some parts and polish) its ready for an interior.

If you have modded before, how tf should I start doing the interior?

I don't make mods, but I have some suggestions:

low-trim models: fabric or vinyl seats
    high-trim models: leather seats

the radio could be a simple AM/FM radio with a clock

the dashboard could look something like this:

Is the name a reference to disgraced doctor Andrew Wakefield? Because it's a perfect name given some of the types of people who ended up driving this car, lol.

Ah yep, that's true. Regardless though a lot of cars from the 90s - early 00s had similar bubbly designs, the PT Cruiser being no exception, especially considering its initial concepts from 1997-98

After seeing your progress on this mod, this might have potential. Will this release on the repo (dumb question ik)?

Good proportions are the base for a quality mod. Does it take so much time to do ? Idk with my lack of experience
