Good news! It appears that the 0.8 update has fixed the transmission problem! I'm currently working on updating it to the new powertrain standard. Once updated, it'll be perfectly drivable.
Also, If anyone who downloaded the update today has an error about missing sound files, I reuploaded a new version a minute ago, so I recommend redownloading to get the fix.

I've been using the old version of this car, and that is when I didn't know a newer version like this existed. I had the old version and the new version in the game at the same time, and it was just the old version with a better thumbnail and it didn't work. Do you think you could add proper textures while you're at it? Having paintjobs is nice but creating skins with reflections is my worst nightmare. --- Post updated --- Like this you mean? No license plate bracket, no roof scoop or rollcage. Got rid of some ugly things too.
The textures are ripped directly from DiRT 2, the rest were made by the original people who made this mod way back. I really have no idea how the textures work either.

Just edited body mesh to remove license plate holder which looks sorta ugly imo. Then remove roof scoop and rollcage and antenna on detail meshes. Edited skin and boom, you have a somewhat stock looking evo. If you want it, just PM me.
