I'm sorry, but here is a screenshot of it in-game today, with the latest version, and all I did was put camry20.zip in my mods folder. I am not the creator of the mod nor do I know all about BeamNG, but you know all the things to try and I encourage you to do so given the fact that it should eventually work. (in case you don't know/haven't followed all of them, disable all other mods, clear cache, verify game files, restart game) Additionally, make sure you are NOT using and do NOT have camry.zip as this one does not work.
um... I'm not... and I wouldn't be surprised if they got it from here, in fact WoM's post is March 18, 2018, after this was posted (January 25, 2018), so it's likely they got it from here.
world of mods (and other similar sites) have no mods that they made themselves, they just steal other people's and put it on their site in fact this mod was originally started in 2016 so
