    If you wanna change the neons color, than open the neon.jbeam and search for lightcolor.
    If you wanna make it orange, you'd change the value "r" to 288, the value "g" to 128 and the value "b" to 0.
    For other colors you can just google for an RGB color chart.

    Not much Rice on the Wheels , Bumpers and Hood so Only about 420 .

    Great NFS Underground-style tuning! I like the various head/taillight designs, very nice.

    You can make the light that's being emitted from the taillights dimmer (or completely go away), by editing the "coupe_taillights.jbeam" and the "coupe_trunk.jbeam" files.
    You just search for parts that look like this :

    And make the values "r","g" and "b" lower.
    (I'm not good at explaining stuff, k)
