While Spiicy and I am hoping for a public release soon, there's still a few more things that need to be done on the S60 mod. I'll quote my earlier message as much of the to-do list is still relevant at this time:

hey spiicy, when do you think the mod would be released? do you think you might get it out before New Year's, or early 2023? not saying you absolutely have to release it this year, you can take as much time as you want. just wanted to know how you feel about the mod's progress so far
